Quality manager for food production with a focus on meat and sausage products (m/f/d)
We are looking for an experienced food quality manager who ensures that our products meet the highest quality standards and continuously optimizes our quality management system.
- Monitoring of processes and product-related quality requirements, such as hygiene controls, control of quality records, finished product controls
- Maintaining QA documentation
- Test equipment monitoring (calibration and validation, communication with external test centers)
- Monitoring industrial hygiene
- Coordination and execution of sampling
- Implementation of the IFS requirement and internal company guidelines
- Collaboration on subject-specific projects
- Successfully completed training or studies in the food sector (e.g. food technology)
- Ideally professional experience in the area of quality management and/or in the meat industry
- Safe use of common MS Office programs and affinity for IT applications
- Independent and team-oriented way of working combined with assertive communication skills
