IFS Global Markets Food (IFS GMF) is a food safety test scheme for commercial and private label products. The aim of the test standard is to support small craft businesses in designing their food safety systems. Furthermore, the IFS GMF standard should be a first step towards IFS Food certification.

This certificate confirms that our products “Swabian Maultaschen” and “Swabian Soup Maultaschen” are certified with the Protected Geographical Indication (PGA) in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012. This ensures that our ravioli are manufactured to the highest quality standards and under the strict control of Lacon GmbH in Offenburg.
